    2. Tell us about yourself. Fill out the Athlete Questionnaire with your run history and training goals.
      *TRP + 1:1 Coaching only — schedule your fitness evaluation call with Coach. 

    3. Get Ready! Receive your Welcome Packet & Final Surge information. You’ll receive your Macrocycle within a week of completing the onboarding steps.

    4. Get after it! Access daily training plan details in the Final Surge app.

    5. Crush your goals! Communicate with Coach as you train & chase down those running goals!

  • The Run Plan is our base plan option. With The Run Plan, you will receive a custom training plan, along with limited access to other training content & communication with your Coach. The Run Plan + 1:1 Coaching grants you access to a fully custom training plan, plus unlimited adjustments & communication with your coach.
