Account & sign-in
The Run Plan uses a passwordless sign-in — a one-time code sent to your email, or Sign in with Apple or Google. If a code isn't arriving, check your spam folder and confirm you're using the same email you signed up with. Still stuck? Email us and we'll help you back in.
Subscriptions & billing
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. To view, change, or cancel your plan, open the App Store app → your profile → Subscriptions, or go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current period. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
Deleting your account
You can permanently delete your account and data from inside the app, under Profile → Delete Account. We ask you to confirm with a one-time email code first. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what is deleted and what may be retained. Note that deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store subscription — cancel that separately in your App Store settings (above).
Connected devices & wearables
You can connect Apple Health, Garmin, COROS, or Strava so your completed runs flow into your plan. You can connect or disconnect a device any time from the app. If your activities aren't syncing, make sure the connection is still authorized and that the run finished recording on your device.
Coaching, plans & check-ins
Your plan adapts from what you log — check in after your runs so your coach can adjust intensity, volume, and workouts week to week. If something in your plan looks off, or you have a training question, reach out and we'll take a look.
